About the Role Eulerity is seeking a hands-on Finance leader who is fundamentally a builder and will own the financial operations during a pivotal "0 to 1" phase. The role focuses on professionalizing the accounting function, cash flow management, and setting the foundation for future fundraising. What You'll Do
- Own the General Ledger and day-to-day accounting (AP/AR, payroll, and close) and ensure data accuracy.
- Actively manage and reconcile pass-through media spend, understanding gross vs net revenue in an AdTech context.
- Monitor cash flow, burn rate, and runway; provide leadership with real-time liquidity views.
- Establish disciplined month-end close processes and produce timely financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Lead systems implementation to move from startup processes to scalable workflows; implement controls and software stacks.
- Partner with the CEO/CTO/COO on fundraising readiness; build financial models and assist long-term planning. What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on finance/accounting experience.
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Agencies; comfortable handling high-volume media pass-throughs.
- You are a "0 to 1" builder who wants to do the work yourself rather than delegate.
- Technical proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or Xero) and Excel.
- Fundraising literacy with knowledge of Venture Debt and Equity financing. Nice to Have
- Experience with venture debt fundraising strategy or similar growth financing.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled financial workflows or tools. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD per year.
