About the Role This role pertains to preparing formal quotes for control valves by collecting customer information and technical specifications to generate accurate pricing and proposals. What You'll Do
- Collect and verify Customer Information: Date, Company Name, Name, Phone, Email, Address, Country, Regional details
- Record Valve Specification data: Valve Size, ANSI rating, Flange Type, Valve Type, Actuator, Supply Pressure, Fail Position, Process data, Line Size, Inlet/Outlet pressures, Flowrate, Specific Gravity, Temperature
- Gather Optional Accessories and options: Pressure Controller, Positioner, I/P Transducer, Limit Switch
- Complete and submit quotes, ensuring all required fields are captured
- Ensure data integrity and accurate calculations for quotes What We're Looking For
- Attention to detail in data collection
- Understanding of control valve components and sizing
- Ability to interpret process data (flow, pressures, temperature, SG)
- Basic familiarity with suppliers and quotes Nice to Have
- Experience with valve quotes or industrial equipment sales
