Job title: Contracts Manager

About the Role As a Contracts Manager at Anduril, you will oversee the full lifecycle of government and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and successful program outcomes. You will collaborate with program leadership, legal, proposals, finance, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment. This on-site role supports DoD, international, and commercial contracts from Costa Mesa, CA; Washington, DC; or Ashville, OH.

What You'll Do

  • Execute contract management throughout the life of each contract
  • Complete contract review and acceptance
  • Oversee and prepare contract proposal planning and management; support preparation of proposals
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations (FAR/DFARS) and company policies
  • Assist in identification, development, and implementation of new contract policies and processes
  • Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and compliance records
  • Provide contract briefs to program managers and executives
  • Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS requirements and other regulatory considerations
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal/external customers
  • Negotiate complex contractual terms with federal agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors
  • Provide contract support for CPFF, FFP, T&M, IDIQ Government contracts, OTAs, and commercial contracts; assist with modifications and close-out

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, government, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with full life cycle contract management for CPFF, FFP, and T&M government and commercial contracts
  • Strong working knowledge of US Government contracting including FAR/DFARS experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated reliability and a track record of getting things done
  • U.S. Person status is required to access export-controlled data; ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
  • Location: Based in Costa Mesa, CA; Washington, DC; or Ashville, OH

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DoD major weapons platforms
  • NCMA certifications (CPCM, CFCM, CCCM)
  • Graduate degree in business, law, government, or related field
  • Experience with CAS, FAR cost allowability rules, and Certified Cost or Pricing Data Proposals
  • Secret or Top Secret clearance

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $129,000 - $171,000 USD per year
  • Equity grants are commonly included and form part of total compensation
