About the Role Contracts Manager at Anduril Industries will oversee legal and business affairs related to DoD and national security contracts, ensuring compliance and smooth execution of commercial agreements and government contracting. What You'll Do
- Draft, negotiate, and manage government contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with legal, program management, and finance to ensure contract compliance, pricing, and risk management.
- Support export control and compliance activities; monitor regulatory changes; maintain contract records. What We're Looking For
- Experience managing DoD and government contracts; strong contract negotiation and agreement drafting skills.
- Knowledge of cost accounting, export controls, and compliance (ITAR/EAR).
- Security clearance level as required; excellent written communication; ability to work cross-functionally. Nice to Have
- Active security clearance or experience with international trade and national security.
- Proven track record in defense contracting. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 129,000 - 171,000 per year.
