Job Title: Contracts, Bid & Tender Lead

Job Description
- To lead the preparation, submission, negotiation, and administration of commercial bids, tenders, and contracts, ensuring competitive proposals, contractual compliance, and effective commercial risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and review of Oil & Gas tender and business opportunities.
- Review ITTs, RFQs, RFPs, contracts, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate technical, commercial, financial, and administrative inputs for bids.
- Prepare and manage bid submissions, ensuring completeness and timely submission.
- Develop commercial proposals, pricing schedules, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate clarification meetings and respond to client queries.
- Review contractual terms, identify risks, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Support contract negotiations with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Maintain a database of active, submitted, and prospective tenders.
- Monitor contract performance, milestones, deliverables, and obligations.
- Manage variations, extensions, claims, and other contractual matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable NUPRC, NCDMB, client, and company requirements.
- Prepare tender, contract, and commercial reports for management.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Procurement, or related field.
- 5–7 years’ relevant experience in Contracts, Commercial, Bids/Tenders within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Professional certification in Contract Management, Procurement, or related discipline is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas tendering and contracting processes.
- Excellent commercial, analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
