Job title: Contracts and Acquisitions Program Analyst
About the Role As a Program Analyst, you will work to support acquisitions from concept to completion. You will implement and maintain organizational programs in support of acquisitions, review contracts and project cost accounting with key stakeholders, and engage in tactical planning using MS Office while interacting with SMEs, engineers, schedulers, and customers. What You'll Do
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of acquisitions.
- Review contracts and project cost accounting with key stakeholders.
- Support tactical planning using MS Office and regular interactions with SMEs, engineers, schedulers, and customers.
- Communicate to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets quality standards.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining program strategy in collaboration with leadership and customers.
What We're Looking For
- DoD acquisitions experience developing products such as performance work statements (PWS) and request for proposals (RFP).
- Experience planning, coordinating, and developing comprehensive reports to improve development and execution of organizational programs.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition policies and processes.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in a PMO environment, or 12+ years in a PMO environment in lieu of a degree.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience developing and executing DoD acquisition strategies.
- Experience with telecommunications acquisition.
- Additional favorable credentials relevant to government acquisitions.
- Clear TS/SCI designation (if not already noted).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 annually (USD).
