About the Role MTSI is seeking a Contractor Special Access Program Security Officer (CSSO) / Site Security Manager to oversee security operations at a Dayton, OH site. This role ensures SAP compliance, site protection, and coordination with program leadership and government sponsors throughout contract execution.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and enforce security compliance for Special Access Programs at the site.
• Manage access control, visitor screening, incident response, and physical/perimeter security.
• Collaborate with program management, security staff, and customer/government counterparts to ensure SAP safeguarding and proper document handling.
• Prepare security documentation, notifications, and audits to support program milestones.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in security programs handling SAP or controlled access environments.
• Knowledge of security policies, procedures, and government/regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary clearances as required by the program (if applicable).

Nice to Have

• Prior experience as CSSO or Site Security Manager in DoD/DoS or similar government programs.
• Familiarity with relevant SAP governance, governing documents, and inspection readiness.
