About the Role Concordia University, St. Paul is seeking Contracted Faculty of Practice (Adjunct) to serve as Dissertation Advisors and Committee Members for EdD and PhD Kinesiology graduate students. This 2- to 3-year commitment offers stipends: $2000 for Advisors and $1000 for each Committee Member. Training will be provided by the Doctoral Director upon hire. What You'll Do
- Mentor students to meet their dissertation learning outcomes and provide guidance as they pursue EdD/PhD in Kinesiology
- Assess student performance and contribute to the successful completion of dissertations
- Prepare graduates to be leaders in their profession; potential opportunity to teach online courses in the future What We're Looking For
- Doctoral degree required
- Experience with online delivery of education and communication
- Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, and excellent interpersonal skills
