Clinical Trial Manager

Contract Specialist plays a critical role in driving the successful start-up and execution of clinical trials. Acting as a key liaison between investigative sites, Clinical Operations, Legal, and Finance teams, you will lead the end-to-end contract process, from development and negotiation through execution and payment management.

In this role, you will ensure timely contract finalization, accurate site payments, regulatory compliance, and effective contract oversight, enabling studies to meet key milestones while maintaining the highest standards of quality and operational excellence. Your expertise and collaboration skills will directly contribute to the efficient delivery of clinical research programs and the success of our projects.

  • Lead the full contract lifecycle, from contract drafting and negotiation through execution, amendments, and study close-out.
  • Drive contract negotiations with investigative sites and stakeholders to ensure timely agreement execution and efficient site payment management.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, company policies, and contractual obligations throughout the contract process.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks, escalating issues when necessary to minimize impact on study timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation and tracking within applicable systems, ensuring complete visibility and transparency for stakeholders.
  • Provide regular contract status updates and key metrics to study teams, leadership, and project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Legal, Finance, and Study Management teams to support study start-up goals and ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Contribute to the achievement of study milestones by driving efficient contract management and timely deliverables.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, legal, business, or related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in contract negotiation, clinical research, site agreements, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with contract management and tracking systems.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, investigative sites, and external partners.
