Details of the job

Expense Operations & Accounting
Oversee the day-to-day administration of Concur Expense and local expenses claims
Perform monthly T&E accruals and variance analyses related to corporate travel and entertainment expenses
Ensure all expense reports comply with company policy
Concur Project Leadership
Project Management: Lead the end-to-end Concur project, establishing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Process Optimization: Review current expense policies, workflows, and approval hierarchies; redesign them in Concur to maximize automation, compliance, and user experience.
Testing & Validation: Define testing strategies, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve configuration defects, and ensure seamless data flow between Concur and SAP.
Change Management & Training: Develop training materials, host workshops, and act as the primary change agent for employees and managers transitioning to new Concur workflows.
Perform others ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in SAP Concur, experience in managing the Concur project is preferred.
Solid knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
Fluency in both English and Cantonese is required
