Job Summary

• We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Officer (contract) to support our store operations for 2 months.
• The successful candidates will assist customers, provide product recommendations, support sales activities, and help maintain excellent store standards throughout their engagement.

Lagos:

• Ikeja City Mall, Alausa, Ikeja
• Cirle Mall, Jakande Lekki Epe-expressway
• Festival Mall, Festac
• Novare Mall, Lekki
• Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1
• Flagship store, Akin Adesola, VI

Abuja:

• Silverbird Mall, CBD Abuja
• Novarre Gateway Mall, Lugbe
• Jabi Lake Mall, Jabi

Port Harcourt:

• Garden City Mall, Port Harcourt, Old Aba Road, Rumuomasi, Port Harcourt
• Port Harcourt Mall, Airport Road

Job Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences for customers through effective engagement and exceptional customer service aimed at driving sales, achieving customer satisfaction, and improving customer retention.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Maintain product placement and visual merchandising standards in line with set guidelines.
• Support sales activities and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the store team
• Assist with stock arrangement and monitor product availability.
• Support general store operations as required.

Job Specification

• Applicants should have at least an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), Tertiary students who are currently on break and available to work from November to December are also encouraged to apply.
• 0-1 Year work Experience required
• No related industry experience required, as training will be provided to selected candidates.
• Applicants should have good communication skills, Interpersonal skills and be able to sell on the shop floor.
• Proximity to Store Location of choice is very important .
• Must be available to work throughout the 2 months temporary engagement and be ready to resume in November.
• Candidates must have the flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Remuneration

N115,000 take home (prorated based on the date of resumption).
