- Support project teams with research, development, or related activities as assigned in a contract capacity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and operations to advance program goals.
- Document, communicate, and present results to stakeholders while adhering to compliance and safety guidelines. What We're Looking For
- Degree(s) in life sciences, engineering, or related field; relevant contract experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Nice to Have
- Prior experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or contract research settings.
- Familiarity with laboratory techniques, data analysis, or manufacturing processes. Compensation & Benefits
