Experience
- Lead is part of the store leadership team and is responsible for delivering a quality in-store experience by providing technical product education and meeting the unique needs of each guest. The role drives store performance on the floor through guest experience and the team’s achievement of daily sales or unit targets. The Lead participates in team member performance evaluations, contributes to hiring decisions, and acts as Supervisor on Duty when leading the floor.
Core responsibilities include:
- Bring the guest experience framework to life on the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
- Continuously assess guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives product education and assistance when needed.
- Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team, and guests.
- Prepare for in-store readiness and maintain operational excellence during shifts.
- Open and close the store according to procedures.
- Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
- Participate in the store’s hiring process, onboarding, and training.
- Address team member performance with feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive team by building supportive working relationships and a fun, productive environment.
Job Requirements

Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located. Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.

Schedule/Availability: Work hours vary based on store needs. Shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. During peak times or special events, early mornings or late nights/overnights may be required for some team members.

Experience: At least 1 year in retail or customer experience (e.g., guest resolution, handling difficult conversations). Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating to others.

Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher.

Experience: 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience (supervisor or people management not required; examples include leading delegated tasks, mentoring or assisting peers).

If applicable to Experiential stores with food/beverage service, food safety and/or liquor service certification.

Work Context

The role involves moving through a store with bright lights and loud music. It requires teamwork and may involve moving boxes up to 30 lbs. In Experiential stores with food/beverage service, there may be exposure to heat and use of industrial kitchen equipment.

Compensation & Benefits
-
Base pay range: 23.00 - 26.50 per hour, subject to location minimum wage.

Target bonus: 2.00 per hour.

Total target base pay range: 25.00 - 28.50 per hour.
