Job title: Contract Engineer – FEED and EPC roll over for regasification plant in Egypt

About the Role Contract Engineer responsible for FEED contract management for a regasification plant project in Egypt, with an EPC roll-over to Mc Dermott in consortium with Petrojet. The role focuses on ensuring the contractor fulfils its obligations under the FEED contract and supporting the preparation and negotiations of the EPC contract. You will report to the project control manager and may be based in Paris, London or Cairo, with occasional travel to project sites as required.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the contractor fulfils its obligations as per FEED contract.
• Contribute to the preparation and negotiation of the EPC contract: instruction to tender, offer analysis, contract terms clarifications and negotiations.
• Support contract management activities during FEED (the FEED contract is ready for award) and liaise with the project control manager; coordinate with the technical service agreements (mainly with Shell) for the project.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in FEED contract management and EPC contract preparation and negotiation for oil & gas projects.
• Ability to analyze bids, clarify contract terms, and negotiate.
• Languages: French & English. Willingness to work across Paris, London or Cairo.
• Willingness to travel up to monthly to Cairo or London as needed and work with multinational stakeholders.
