About the Role We are seeking a Contract Development Professional to create key contract deliverables for simple, routine agreements under supervision. The role supports decision-making with contracting plans, go-to-market approaches, draft agreements, deal sheets, risk assessments, and award documentation, while ensuring purchase-to-pay excellence and managing supplier relationships. You will provide market intelligence and feasibility feedback to help shape category strategies.
What You'll Do
- Create contract development deliverables for simple, routine agreements under supervision (e.g. Contracting Plan; Go-To-Market Approach; Contract Drafts; Negotiations; Deal Sheet; Risk Assessment; Award for decision-making)
- Ensure agreement compliance and utilization to achieve purchase-to-pay excellence
- Manage supplier relationships at the agreement level and resolve execution issues
- Provide market intelligence and feasibility feedback to support category strategy development

- Functional Skills: Strategic Contract Development, Sourcing Economics & Cost Modeling, Opportunity & Market Identification, Negotiation, Strategic Supplier Engagement, End-to-End Source to Pay Lifecycle Expertise & Innovation
- Ability to create contracting plans, go-to-market approaches, and draft/negotiated agreements; experience in risk assessment and award documentation
- Strong collaboration with stakeholders and supplier management capabilities
