Remote
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Hours: Must be available during Central Time Zone business hours
Compensation: $25.00/hour
Training: Intensive 48-hour training program provided prior to project start

Job Description
Robert Half Legal is seeking a detail-oriented Contract Data Validation Specialist to support a large-scale contract review and data extraction project. In this role, you will review contracts and validate key contract attributes that have been extracted by AI and Relativity-based technology platforms. This is not a legal analysis or contract interpretation role. Instead, the primary focus is on accurately confirming whether specific contract data points have been captured correctly.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, technology-savvy, and comfortable performing repetitive, detail-focused work while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Review a variety of contracts, including lease agreements, service agreements, property management agreements, and related commercial contracts
- Validate contract data extracted by AI and document review technology platforms
- Confirm the accuracy of approximately 50–60 contract attributes per agreement
- Verify key contract information, including:
- Contract execution dates
- Termination dates
- Contracting parties
- Limitation of liability provisions
- Other defined contract data fields
- Compare extracted information against the underlying contract and identify discrepancies
- Maintain established productivity and accuracy standards throughout the review process
- Participate in training and onboarding to learn project-specific workflows and validation procedures
Qualifications

Prior experience reviewing contracts, legal documents, or commercial agreements preferred

Experience with Relativity is a plus

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software platforms quickly

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Comfortable performing repetitive, process-driven work

Experience in legal, contract administration, procurement, compliance, or document review environments is helpful but not required
