Contract & Bid Coordinator
Robert Half in Burlington is working with a respected construction industry client north of Boston seeking a Contract & Bid Coordinator to join its team. This is a permanent role, reporting into a Chief Estimator, based in office Monday-Friday.
The desired candidate should have at least 1-2 years of public bidding or contract administration experience in the construction industry. Knowledge of DCAMM is highly desired but not required. The Contract & Bid Coordinator must be detail oriented and able to work cross functionally with other departments. Relevant software proficiency is expected as well.
For the right type of experience our client is looking to offer a starting base salary commensurate with experience. The benefits package is very strong and there's a good quality of life aspect too.

- At least 3 years of experience in accounting support, contract coordination, bid administration, or a related role.
- Prior exposure to public bidding procedures or contract administration within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with subcontractor bid collection, proposal support, and construction-related documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with common office and document management software used for reporting, tracking, and correspondence.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
