About the Role Contract Management is part of Accenture's Legal and Commercial Services. You will lead or support contract management across projects and accounts, partnering with sales, delivery, and client stakeholders to shape and manage client contracts, maximize value, and ensure compliance with obligations and Accenture policy. What You'll Do
- Lead/support contract management teams across projects and accounts; collaborate with account leadership, client commercial and business stakeholders to understand and support client needs and priorities; contribute to account strategy and opportunities.
- Work with contract management staff across multiple projects, providing input into performance management activities.
- Identify, escalate and resolve commercial and contract risks and issues with CM and project leadership to secure the best outcomes.
- Engage in pre-award sales activities and discuss with delivery teams potential deal shaping and contractual outcomes, including contract drafting support.
- Build trusted, client-facing relationships with client counterparts and ensure compliance with contract obligations and Accenture policy. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of relevant contract management experience.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations and principles, subcontracting practices, and contract terms and conditions.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with client executives at all levels.
- Membership in World Commerce and Contracting (formerly IACCM) or NCMA and/or professional certifications considered a plus. Nice to Have
