About the Role iRhythm is seeking a Contract Analyst, Procurement to join the Procurement Department and support the business globally. The role will focus on reviewing, drafting, and negotiating vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws, and mitigating risk. The position reports to the Senior Director, Procurement. What You'll Do
- Prepare, review, and negotiate various vendor contract types, including MSAs, SOWs, consulting, software and other service contracts.
- Collaborate with Operations, Procurement/Supply Chain, Legal, and other business partners to align legal and business terms.
- Track contract status, maintain accurate contract databases, and manage contract-related documentation.
- Serve as a liaison between the company and vendors.
- Ensure contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies with internal legal counsel.
- Provide support and advice to other departments regarding contract interpretation, negotiations, and terms.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to completion using the company’s CLM system.
- Help develop and improve forms, policies, templates, and playbooks.

- Education: Bachelor's degree (focus in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field; CPCM certification a bonus).
- Experience: Proven experience in contract management, negotiation, and analysis.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law and compliance standards.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze contract terms, identify risks, and interpret complex documents.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple contracts, maintain detailed records, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
- Essential Skills: Strong business ethics and integrity; ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision in a team; sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Experience with legal workflow technologies (e-signature, document management, and contract lifecycle management). Nice to Have
- Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification is a bonus.
