WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications):
Contract Analyst: $23.25 - $28.88 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity.
Sr. Contract Analyst: $25.50 - $32.00 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity.
401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

Review and analyze case information to ensure requested coverage aligns with policyholder needs.
Collaborate with underwriters and field representatives to resolve discrepancies and clarify coverage details.
Create, format, and issue key documents like policies, certificates, schedules, and amendments.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, coordinating with compliance teams as needed.
Participate in special projects and maintain reports to track progress and ensure timely service.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Knowledge of insurance coverages, contract terminology, or group claims processing.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other PC tools.
Familiarity with relevant state and federal laws.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment.

Able to work at our office located in Omaha, NE in a hybrid environment.
