Your Tasks
- Develop and support the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy in partnership with the management team;
- Organize and facilitate workshops, projects, kaizen events and, if necessary, support other trainers to create a common understanding of KAPS tools and principles;
- Ensure the deployment and implementation of KIRCHHOFF Automotive Production System (KAPS) culture, policies and actions;
