About the Role The Continuous Improvement Site Leader will drive manufacturing process improvements at CNH's New Holland, PA facility, aligning initiatives with CNH Business Systems and related continuous improvement programs such as the Toyoda Production System. You will partner with Operations leadership to reduce risk, shorten lead times, lower costs, improve quality, and enhance safety across a 600,000+ unit off-road vehicle and component plant. What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of manufacturing process improvements aligned to CNH Business Systems or related CI programs (e.g., Toyoda Production System) to improve safety, cost, lead-time, inventory and quality.
- Act as the site CI leader for a 600,000+ unit plant, identifying bottlenecks, performing root cause analysis, and driving sustainable improvements.
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of current processes, develop repeatable improvements, and quantify savings.
- Influence and coach both direct and indirect reports; initiate and lead projects with cross-functional teams to show measurable end-to-end improvements.
- Establish robust validation and audit measurement systems to document hard and soft savings and business impact. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other technical field; 7+ years Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience OR Associates with 10+ years Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience
- Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills; ability to analyze processes and measure impact
- Ability to influence and coach both direct and indirect reports
- Experience with validation and audit measurement systems and project leadership
- Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills Nice to Have
