Job title: Continuous Improvement Manager
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead analysis and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the organization. You will identify inefficiencies, develop strategies to boost productivity, and measure the impact of improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable change aligned with Xylem's strategic goals. This role is an individual contributor and acts as a subject-matter expert and project lead for transactional processes across the segment (order management, inside sales, back office, service, etc.).
What You'll Do
- Lead CI implementation, standardization, and consistency across multiple sites, including training and projects, to eliminate waste and promote flow.
- Optimize processes using Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies to reduce inefficiencies in sales, marketing, and customer service workflows.
- Use data-driven decision making to analyze commercial performance metrics (conversion rates, sales cycles, customer retention) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Enhance customer experience by identifying pain points and implementing solutions to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
- Enable sales and other commercial teams with tools, automation, and best practices to improve productivity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align processes with business goals.
- Lead change management through training, workshops, and coaching to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation and digital transformation with CRM enhancements, AI-driven analytics, and automated workflows.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and ensure measurable results.
- Maintain an independent contributor role while serving as SME and project lead for transactional processes across the segment.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience planning and executing Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to apply Lean in non-manufacturing environments (services/transactional).
- Data management experience and ability to read and interpret reports and P&L statements.
- Excellent presentation and project management skills; facilitation and influencing abilities.
- Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
- Experience planning and facilitating workshops, kaizens, and training events.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English; Hungarian preferred.
- Proficiency with standard data/reporting tools; SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate experience preferred.
- Demonstrated project management experience planning and executing projects.

- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred).
