Job Description
Continuous Improvement Manager Our client needs a Continuous Improvement Manager for their team! This full-time, direct-hire role will lead all activities within the assigned value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives. Responsibilities of the Continuous Improvement Manager
- Serve as the operational leader for the assigned value stream
- Manage resource allocation, staffing, capacity, and production priorities to meet customer requirements
- Ensure execution of the production plan and adherence to operational schedules
- Address production constraints and implement solutions that improve performance and workflow
- Lead, develop, and coach supervisors and frontline teams
- Drive Lean Manufacturing principles and operational excellence initiatives
- Use performance metrics and operational data to identify opportunities and eliminate waste
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other functions to improve value stream results
Qualifications of the Continuous Improvement Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated success leading supervisors, improving operational performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
