About the Role Join EssilorLuxottica's Operations Talent Program (OTP) as a Continuous Improvement Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer track in Thailand. This two-year career accelerator develops technical and leadership skills through onboarding, the Academy, the Transformative Competencies Path, and regional/global rotations, with a clear path to permanent placement within EssilorLuxottica Global Operations. What You'll Do
- Participate in a structured onboarding that combines global and regional activities to help you understand the culture, values and core business processes, followed by the Academy during the first six months.
- Engage in the Transformative Competencies Path, a development experience delivered in partnership with a world-renowned research institute, to build technical, business and leadership capabilities.
- Complete your first job rotation after Year 1 and a second rotation later, progressively taking on projects connected to real business priorities and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate across regions and functions to strengthen the OTP community through cross-functional teamwork and impactful, business-driven projects.
- Be prepared for international mobility within EssilorLuxottica Global Operations and contribute to the vertically integrated business model. What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in STEM fields (Engineering degree or equivalent), with graduation expected no later than October 2026.
- Initial professional experience relevant to the role is a plus.
- Fluency in English; other languages are considered a plus.
- Demonstrated intercultural experience gained through international study or work exposure.
- Availability to start the program in November 2026.
- Openness to international mobility.
- Agility & Adaptability, result orientation, high interpersonal savvy with the ability to influence, build relationships, and navigate complex stakeholder environments. Nice to Have
- Additional languages beyond English; experience in multicultural environments is a plus.
