Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Location: Tetla, Tlaxcala, Mexico.
What are your main tasks?
- Ensure the implementation of LEAN Production in accordance with Grammer standards.
- Lead process optimization and Lay out at Grammer.
- Lead waste reduction.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies in the plant (SMED, 5s, VSM, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.).
- Manage plant saving projects.
- Conduct audits and train staff to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Comply with indicators in their area and carry out actions to improve them.
- Foster a collaborative environment where the whole team contributes ideas for improvement.
What are your qualifications?

Experience in the Automotive Industry.
-
Expertise in automotive interior processes and products.
-
Experience in Cutting and Sewing, Plastic Injection, Foaming, Painting, Stamping, Assemblies processes.

Core tools.
-
Lean Manufacturing Tools (5 ́S, VSM, Kaizen, Standardized Work, SMED, WCM Methodology, etc).

Investment Management, Savings.
-
Assertive communication and analytical thinking.

Troubleshooting Tools
-
Leadership and Teamwork.
-
Sense of urgency.
-
Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer and/or end.

Communication skills, Teamwork, Servant leadership, Self-employed, ability to work under pressure, creative.

English (Able to establish a business conversation
-
AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, Minitab, Mastery of Lean Tools.
