Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes to high-quality standards.
- Develop and execute menus in line with customer preferences.
- Ensure proper food presentation, portion control, and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Monitor kitchen inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Manage food preparation schedules and ensure timely service.
- Minimise food waste and control kitchen costs.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications with 2–3 years' experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of continental cuisines, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
- Ability to prepare a variety of continental dishes.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Culinary training or certification is an added advantage.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
