Manaferra Internship: Content Writing Interns

Manaferra is hiring four Content Writing Interns to support the agency’s brand visibility and thought leadership within the Higher Education sector.

The successful candidates will work on the full lifecycle of our content marketing strategy that supports the agency’s long-term vision.

Content Production:

• Support the research behind Content Strategies, Calendars and Content Style Guides for our clients and our own projects.
• Help prepare Content Outlines/Briefs under the guidance of a specialist.
• Write, edit and help publish original content marketing assets (e.g., blogs, social media posts, sections of research reports and white papers) on the company’s official channels.
• Assist with the distribution of content across the agency’s digital channels.

Public Relations:

• Monitor the Higher Education landscape and flag emerging trends and opportunities for agency commentary.
• Assist in preparing material for podcast interviews, webinar appearances and conference speaking slots for the management leaders.
• Help maintain our lists of industry media contacts and event organizers.

Asset Creation:

• Work with our design team to prepare visual assets and illustrations for social media, research reports and digital campaigns.
• Apply our editorial standards for clarity, tone and consistency within our brand identity.
• Support the specialists in turning ideas into written assets and written assets into branded materials.

Required Skills

• Proficient in English writing.
• Passion & drive for making a difference through content marketing.
• Tech savvy/interest in the internet.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to form productive working relationships.
• Ability to handle several tasks at once and meet deadlines.
• Close attention to detail, i.e., near-perfect grammar, strong editing skills and an eye for good design.

Requirements

• Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of studies, or recently graduated, in English Language and Literature or a related English studies program. No prior work experience required.
• This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, based in our office. Candidates should be available to commit full working hours for the duration of the internship.
