We are actively seeking a dynamic Content & Social Media Manager to join our team in Sabo, Yaba, Lagos.

In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive content and social media strategies. Your responsibilities will include shooting, editing, and publishing engaging content across various platforms, managing our social media presence, and fostering online engagement.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute creatively and strategically, with two remote workdays per week and a work schedule from Monday to Saturday. You will also receive a work device and data allowance as part of your benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative content and social media strategies.
• Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms.
• Manage and grow the company's social media pages and online community.
• Monitor social media performance and submit daily reports on key metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency and messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.

• Proficiency in shooting and editing engaging video and photo content.

• Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.

• Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• A strong portfolio showcasing creative content and successful social media campaigns.

• Experience with graphic design tools is a plus.
