Responsibilities

• 1. Facilitate, coach, and supervise a team of Content Moderators and Tagging Specialists.
• 2. Track daily attendance, schedule adherence, and productivity.
• 3. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings.
• 4. Encourage and enable the team performance to achieve KPIs.
• 5. Analyze performance trends and develop action plans to address gaps.
• 6. Align all moderation decisions with client guidelines and company policies.
• 7. Escalate policy ambiguities and high-risk cases to Operations.
• 8. Conduct calibration sessions with Quality Assurance (QA) and Trainers.
• 9. Handle and support employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and documentation.
• 10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• 11. Coordinate with Workforce Management regarding staffing requirements.
• 12. Foster employee engagement and maintain a positive working environment.
• 13. Support change management initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2. At least 2 years related experience.
• 3. Minimum 1 year leadership experience.
• 4. Experience in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety is an advantage.
• 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 6. Excellent communication and people management skills.
• 7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
