About the Role
Fulcrum is seeking a Content Marketing & Product Marketing Manager to package customer knowledge and product storytelling into clear, compelling content. You’ll drive visibility and demand by turning complex product concepts into narratives and campaigns that resonate with customers across channels. What You'll Do

Work with customers and internal subject matter experts to surface stories worth telling

Drive product launches with content, messaging, visuals, and positioning

Produce and edit video content for social media, product launches, customer stories, and campaigns

Plan, edit, and publish podcast episodes end to end

Build landing pages, web content, and digital experiences that bring leads into the pipeline

Organize and maintain Fulcrum's content library so assets are findable and reusable

Leverage AI tools to optimize content creation, editing, production, research, and distribution

Continuously test new formats, channels, and creative approaches

Help maintain and evolve Fulcrum's brand across all customer-facing touchpoints

Travel onsite to meet, interview, and observe customers to gain deeper understanding What We're Looking For

3-7 years of experience in content marketing or product marketing

Strong creative instincts and the ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear storytelling

Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and ship fast

Comfort talking to customers, asking thoughtful questions, and pulling out insights

Experience collaborating with marketing, product, design, and sales teams

Comfortable receiving feedback and continuous improvement Nice to Have

Experience with video and podcast production

Familiarity with AI tools to enhance content creation and distribution

Hands-on experience with landing page and web content development

Experience in manufacturing or B2B SaaS environments Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 yearly
