About the Role HubSpot’s Content Hub provides premium website hosting for free and integrates hosting, publishing, and CRM in one platform. This role focuses on delivering reliable, secure hosting for customer websites, while letting teams focus on content creation.
What You'll Do
- Manage and monitor Content Hub hosting infrastructure, ensuring 99.95% uptime and fully managed hosting
- Provide built-in security features and continuous monitoring
- Ensure hosting integrates seamlessly with HubSpot's CMS, CRM, marketing, and sales tools
- Help customers publish and manage websites on HubSpot with fast, reliable hosting
- Collaborate with engineering to reduce platform switching and improve performance
What We're Looking For
- Experience with web hosting, cloud hosting, or managed hosting
- Knowledge of security practices, uptime monitoring, CDN concepts
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, CMS, and CRM teams
- Strong customer-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot's Content Hub or CMS is a plus
- Knowledge of SSL, WAF, CDN, and automated monitoring
