Job Summary

• The Content Creator/social media Officer will be responsible for creating and managing engaging digital content that promotes the company’s brand, products and services, while ensuring a welcoming, professional and organised front-office environment.
• The ideal candidate must be creative, digitally skilled, customer-focused and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Develop, create and publish engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, captions, flyers and promotional materials.
• Plan and implement a consistent social media content calendar in line with the company’s marketing and communication objectives.
• Capture, edit and produce pictures and videos showcasing the company’s activities, services, events and brand identity.
• Monitor social media platforms, manage engagement and respond professionally to comments and messages.
• Develop creative content ideas and campaigns to increase brand awareness, visibility and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare periodic reports on content reach, engagement and growth.
• Ensure all published content reflects the company’s corporate image, communication standards and brand guidelines.
• Welcome and attend to walk-in clients, visitors and business associates in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain a neat, presentable and organised reception area at all times.
• Direct visitors and clients to the appropriate personnel or departments and ensure they receive the necessary assistance.
• Attend to basic client enquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.
• Maintain appropriate visitor records and ensure compliance with front-office procedures.
• Coordinate the general appearance and organisation of the reception area to promote a positive client experience.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design applications.
• Ability to create and edit videos using CapCut or similar applications.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends and digital marketing practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional appearance, confidence and a positive attitude.

• Salary Range

• N190,000 - N200,000 / Month (other benefits inclusive)
