Job Description Maxima Productions is seeking a skilled Platform Production/Content Manager to lead content strategy and execution across their key platforms, Views Channel and FoodBay TV.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the entire content lifecycle, from initial planning and development to production, scheduling, and performance monitoring. You will curate engaging content tailored to audience needs and organizational objectives, ensuring a consistent quality, tone, and brand alignment across all platforms.

You will manage and mentor a dedicated content and production team, including Channel Leads and Project Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Your oversight will extend to content-related budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered effectively and within scope.

Qualifications

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in content management, TV production, digital media, or a related role.
• Experience managing content calendars, production schedules, and multiple content projects.
• Professional certification such as PMP is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage content plans and calendars for assigned platforms.
• Curate and coordinate engaging, relevant, and audience-focused content.
• Oversee the production, editing, scheduling, and publishing of content.
• Manage and supervise the Channel Lead, Project Coordinator, Scheduler, and other assigned personnel.
• Ensure consistency in content quality, tone, branding, and platform standards.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and reach.
• Coordinate with creative, production, marketing, and other teams to deliver platform content.
• Monitor content-related budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
