IfeanHealth is a prosthetics and orthotics company committed to improving mobility, dignity, independence, and quality of life for people living with limb loss and other mobility challenges.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Content Creator who can help us tell the IfeanHealth story, educate our audience, showcase our products and services, and create engaging content across our digital platforms.

The Content Creator will be responsible for developing, creating, and managing engaging content for IfeanHealth’s social media platforms and other communication channels.

The ideal candidate should be creative, confident with a camera, able to tell stories, and comfortable creating both educational and promotional content. You should be able to turn ideas, patient stories, company activities, and technical information into simple and engaging content that people can understand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Create short-form videos, reels, photos, graphics, captions, and other digital content.
• Attend and capture company activities, patient fittings, events, trainings, campaigns, and other important moments.
• Work closely with the Healthcare, Sales, Branding & Marketing, and Operations teams to develop relevant content.
• Create educational content around prosthetics, orthotics, mobility, rehabilitation, and patient care.
• Tell patient stories and create content that highlights the impact of prosthetics and orthotics, while respecting patient privacy and consent.
• Take and edit high-quality photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
• Write clear, engaging, and audience-friendly captions and social media copy.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new content ideas and campaign concepts.
• Keep up with current social media trends and identify trends that can be appropriately adapted for IfeanHealth.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content.
• Support the development of content calendars and ensure content is produced and published according to schedule.
• Monitor social media performance and provide basic reports on content performance and engagement.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for various platforms.
• Assist with content for campaigns, product launches, events, awareness programmes, and other company initiatives.
• Ensure all content accurately represents IfeanHealth, its products, services, and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, OND/HND, or relevant qualification in Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, or a related field is an advantage.

• Previous experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current content trends.

• Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos using a smartphone or camera.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.

• Good writing and communication skills.

• Strong storytelling ability.

• Comfortable appearing on camera or working with people who appear on camera.

• Good photography and videography skills.

• Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new content ideas.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Must be willing to travel when required for content creation.
