About the Role Eskom Distribution Division is seeking dedicated Contact Centre Service Agents to provide professional customer service using established processes. Based in Westville, you will support inbound, outbound and back-office activities to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Handle inbound interactions
- Handle back-office activities
- Handle multi-media and outbound activities
- Provide and improve general customer services
- Support marketing, sales and customer service processes
- Perform vending, prepaid and easy pay activities
What We're Looking For
- National Diploma / Degree (NQF6 or higher) in Commerce, Business in Finance, Marketing, Social Sciences or Business Management
