Contact Center Representative
Our client in Rochester, NH is seeking a Contact Center Representative. Pay: $22 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM-8:00 PM, with a rotating every third Saturday schedule.
Your qualifications for the Contact Center Representative position are:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to identify and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and tact
- Comfortable assisting customers through phone, chat, email, and video channels
- Previous customer service, retail, or call center experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
For the Contact Center Representative position, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assist members and prospective members through phone, chat, email, and video communications
- Provide prompt and accurate account information and support
- Work toward first-contact resolution by identifying and addressing member needs
- Recommend appropriate products and services based on member needs
- Resolve member concerns efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- Perform additional duties as assigned
