Experience

• Serve as the primary contact for consumer concerns, actively listening and providing empathetic, clear communication.

• Resolve Complex Inquiries: Utilize empowered decision-making and robust judgment to troubleshoot end-to-end issues for consumers and medical professionals.

• Optimize Processes: Identify trends and suggest innovative process improvements to enhance the experience for consumers, dentists, and business partners.

• Drive Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed quality and productivity metrics while adapting to evolving departmental needs.

• What You Bring to the Team

• Experience: 2+ years of proven success in a fast-paced call center environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and efficient data entry capabilities.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to identify root issues through skillful questioning.

• Teamwork: A proactive approach, working seamlessly both independently and collaboratively.
