Overview
Xerox is seeking a Consumables Management Specialist to support end to end consumables order fulfillment and customer service operations. This role supports customers across voice and non-voice channels while ensuring accurate order processing, timely issue resolution, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders. You will contribute to global operations focused on service excellence, data accuracy, and efficient order fulfillment.

What You Will Do:
- Manage customer interactions through phone, email, chat, and online platforms, providing timely and accurate information on orders, supply history, and related inquiries.
- Process consumables orders from multiple channels, maintaining accurate real time data and updating machine and consumables records.
- Validate orders, explain non warranted requests when required, and process return authorizations in accordance with established procedures.
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately while supporting timely resolution of customer and operational concerns.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contribute to process improvements and special projects that strengthen service delivery and operational efficiency.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline with customer service experience and effective written and verbal English communication skills.
- Effective problem solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on maintaining accurate customer and order information.
- Ability to work across multiple systems, tools, customers, and stakeholders in a service oriented environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, tables, and ranges; experience with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP or D365 is preferred.
