Será agente clave de transformación acompañando a la organización y a sus equipos hacia nuevos modelos organizativos, gobernanza y tecnologías, con resultados medibles en eficiencia, costes, productividad y rentabilidad. What You'll Do
- Optimizar estructuras organizativas y mejorar los ratios de dimensionamiento.
- Simplificar organigramas y clarificar responsabilidades.
- Diagnosticar de forma rigurosa el modelo organizativo y operativo actual, identificando brechas de eficiencia y oportunidades de mejora de margen.
