About this role
Consultor(a) SAP Billing/FICA/WM/CRM (Utilities/CCS/ISU)
O que você vai fazer no seu dia a dia:
- Atuar com os módulos SAP Billing, FICA, CRM e WM no ciclo comercial, com foco em empresas do segmento de Utilities (Energia Elétrica, Água/Saneamento e Gás);
- Participar de processos relacionados a atendimento ao cliente, meter-to-cash, arrecadação e cobrança, serviços de campo e prevenção a perdas;
- Traduzir requerimentos de negócio em soluções técnicas dentro do SAP IS-U e sistemas legados integrados ao ecossistema;
- Atuar desde a fase de entendimento e discussão de requisitos até o desenho detalhado da solução;
- Realizar configuração e/ou desenvolvimento no SAP conforme necessidade do projeto;
- Executar e apoiar testes, garantindo a qualidade das entregas;
- Acompanhar a implantação das soluções em ambiente produtivo, assegurando estabilidade e aderência aos requisitos.
O que estamos procurando na pessoa que vai fazer parte do time:
- Experiência com SAP IS-U, especialmente nos módulos Billing, FICA, CRM e/ou WM;
- Vivência em projetos do setor de Utilities;
- Capacidade analítica e boa comunicação para interação com áreas de negócio e times técnicos;
- Experiência em levantamento de requisitos e desenho de soluções;
- Perfil colaborativo, com foco em entrega e resolução de problemas.
Localidade da vaga: Brasil
Formato de trabalho: (Flexível/híbrido ou Hoffice/ Com ou sem possibilidade de idas ao cliente, etc).
