About this role

About the Role Tatum Consulting Solutions Director – Healthcare is a hybrid, client-facing sales leadership role reporting to a local Randstad branch. You will drive client acquisition and growth within the private equity and enterprise finance segments of the National Healthcare industry, delivering high-impact project solutions and interim leadership talent in a strategic, consultative sales capacity. What You'll Do

  • Engage in high-level, discovery-driven conversations with CFOs and senior finance leaders to understand critical challenges (e.g., M&A readiness, compliance, ERP transformations).
  • Design and propose tailored project solutions and talent strategies.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with key finance stakeholders.
  • Partner with clients to scope projects, define objectives, and align talent.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams and other Randstad business lines on complex engagements. What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably within professional services, consulting, or finance & accounting staffing.
  • Experience selling professional services, consulting solutions, or interim project work to senior finance stakeholders (Director or C-suite) in Healthcare (highly desired).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; CPA or MBA a plus.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting operations (close, FP&A, audit, SOX, ERP).
  • Proven ability to sell consultative solutions and thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Nice to Have
  • Healthcare industry experience working with CFOs and senior finance leaders.
  • Knowledge of private equity and enterprise finance within healthcare.
  • CPA or MBA credentials. Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary range: $80,800 - $121,200 per year.
