Consultant technique GX

En collaboration avec nos consultants intégration et nos chefs de projet, vous mettez en œuvre nos solutions auprès de nos clients. Vous leurs apportez des solutions adaptées, en alliant la technique et le fonctionnel.

Après un parcours d’intégration et d’accompagnement sur nos produits, vos principales missions seront :

Paramétrer le logiciel en MS SQL Server (Requêtes, Procédures Stockées, Triggers, …)

Conseiller et accompagner nos clients dans l’utilisation et le paramétrage du progiciel.

Travailler en équipe avec d’autres consultants sur les projets clients.

Intervenir à chacune des étapes du projet

Prendre en charge l’étude des besoins, le paramétrage, le déploiement (accompagné par le chef de projet)

En tant que consultant, vous ferez l’interface entre les besoins métier des utilisateurs et les fonctionnalités du progiciel. Ce poste vous permettra de travailler en toute autonomie et d’acquérir de nouvelles compétences en SQL et en gestion. Et une évolution sera possible vers un poste de consultant intégrateur, voire chef de projet.

Formation et expérience

De formation BAC+2/3 en informatique de gestion, disposant d’une première expérience à un poste de développeur, vous souhaitez développer vos compétences techniques et fonctionnelles.

Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du langage SQL Server, une compétence en gestion/comptabilité serait appréciée.

Doté d’un très bon relationnel, vous êtes à l’aise au téléphone. Autonome, vous avez un bon esprit de synthèse et vous possédez un réel sens du service client.
