About the Role The State and Local Government practice at Guidehouse helps public sector clients solve complex business and technology problems across states, counties, cities, non-profits, and multilateral organizations. The role focuses on delivering high-impact solutions and translating strategy into action to improve outcomes in economic development, sustainability, disaster recovery, and technology-enabled transformation.
What You'll Do
- Serve state and local government clients in areas including economic development, sustainability, disaster recovery, business design, organizational strategy, technology strategy, market analysis, financial modeling, operational analysis, process improvement, change management, technology implementation, risk management, compliance monitoring, and program management.
- Deliver compelling, high-impact solutions to clients' toughest business and technology problems.
- Translate strategy into action.
What We're Looking For
- 0-1 year of experience.
- Bachelor's degree or current/recently enrolled in an accredited degree program graduating Spring 2025 through Spring 2026.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship is available for this position.
- Additional interest in state and local government and related fields.
Nice to Have
- Demonstrates knowledge in and passion for improving state and local government through academic courses and professional experience.
