Brief about the Team

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacist with strong prescription interpretation skills and the ability to effectively address prescription-related customer concerns. The role requires a high level of accuracy, sound pharmaceutical knowledge, and professional communication skills.

What will you do:

• Review and accurately interpret prescriptions in accordance with established guidelines.
• Identify and address prescription-related discrepancies or concerns.
• Handle customer interactions over calls and provide appropriate resolution for prescription related queries.
• Guide customers regarding prescription requirements, corrections, or additional information needed.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality while reviewing prescriptions.
• Adhere to defined processes, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Pharmacist. Excellent prescription reading and interpretation skills.
• Strong knowledge of medicines, dosage forms, and prescription requirements.
• Ability to effectively resolve prescription-related customer concerns over calls.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Requirements

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Rotational week off as per the roster.
• This is a work-from-office role.
