Position description: As a Consultant Pathologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and reliability of diagnostic services delivered to our customers. Your expertise will directly contribute to clinical decision-making, patient outcomes, and the continuous enhancement of our diagnostic capabilities. Primary Responsibilities: Review, analyze, and interpret a wide range of clinical pathology specimens. Provide accurate, timely, and clinically relevant pathology reports in accordance with established medical and laboratory standards. Ensure the highest levels of diagnostic accuracy, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across pathology services. Collaborate with laboratory operations teams and medical professionals to resolve complex diagnostic cases and provide expert clinical consultation. Participate in quality control programs, proficiency testing, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Support NABL accreditation requirements and ensure adherence to applicable regulatory standards and laboratory best practices. Contribute to the development and optimization of laboratory processes, protocols, and reporting standards. Stay updated with advancements in pathology, diagnostic technologies, and emerging clinical practices. Support training, knowledge sharing, and professional development initiatives within the laboratory team. Required Skills: MD in Pathology from a recognized institution with a valid medical registration/license. 0–2 years of experience in pathology practice; fresh MD graduates are encouraged to apply.
