About the Role Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team helps CFOs, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. As an Analytics and Insights Engineer II on the Momentum Financials Software Support team, you will provide end-user support for Momentum Financials and related financial processes to unlock value for clients.
What You'll Do
- Provide end-user support for functional issues within Momentum Financials and associated financial processes
- Intake, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve user inquiries, incidents, and system issues
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team You are trained on data up to October 2023.
