What You'll Do
- Conduire des diagnostics approfondis (production, supply chain, organisation…), identifier et quantifier les leviers d’efficience (réduction de coûts, productivité, optimisation des flux…), définir et piloter des plans de transformation orientés résultats.
- Mettre en œuvre et conduire le changement: Déployer des démarches d’excellence opérationnelle (Lean, performance management…), structurer la gouvernance de transformation et accompagner les équipes dans l’atteinte effective des gains.
