About the Role As a Consultant Junior Tech M&A F/H at KPMG France in Courbevoie, you will support the execution of IT-related due diligences (Buy Side) or Vendor Due Diligences (Sell Side) in a transaction context; contribute to planning integration/separation of IT systems and to Day 1 readiness, Day 2 migrations, PMO support, and SI transformation initiatives. You may also participate in broader missions related to Digital Strategy & SI and Enterprise Architecture. What You'll Do
- Support Buy Side and Vendor Due Diligences IT in transactional contexts, including analysis of target IT risks and the potential impact of IT separation/integration on the buyer.
- Assist in identifying IT synergies and cost savings opportunities linked to transactions.
- Plan and define integration or separation of IT systems: blueprint of the future SI (organizational, application, infrastructure), transition plan, analysis of target costs, TSA, exit plan, and cutover plan.
- Plan and prepare Day 1 readiness; perform operational analysis of expected evolutions and migrations; provide PMO support and help implement the target solution.
- Frame and support IT transformation projects: develop IT master plans and align business/SI strategies; build financial models backing SI transformations.
- Optimize IT operating models and assist in implementing new ways of working within IT functions.

- Bac+5 from a top engineering school, business school, or university with specialization in information systems/management/finance and an interest in IT.
- Excellent synthesis, analytical, and listening abilities with rigorous problem-solving skills.
- Rigorous, curious, team-oriented, and with strong interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English; international experience is a plus. Nice to Have
