Job title: Consultant Junior Finance Strategy & Transformation F/H
About the Role As a Junior Consultant in Finance Strategy & Transformation, you will support transformations of organizations (Shared Services and Global Business Services), finance process optimization, performance management and digital finance initiatives. You will also engage in ESG/Green Finance and integration/separation projects, while contributing to the life of the team through proposals, recruitment and business development.
What You'll Do
- Support organizational transformation and financial process optimization (SSOs and GBS)
- Design business plans, perform financial modelling, develop dashboards, and support management control
- Drive digital finance initiatives: implement process mining, RPA, AI, data visualization and predictive analytics
- Advise on Green Finance and ESG finance implementation
- Provide financial support for integration and separation projects
- Contribute to business development, proposals, talent recruitment and team engagement
- Collaborate with a dynamic department of approximately 150 colleagues and participate in internal initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Degree from business school, engineering school or university
- Internship/alternance/apprenticeship experience in audit, consulting or a financial/control function
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent teamwork, relationship-building and communication skills
